Check your DSL or Dial-Up speed with Rock Island's own speed test server. To launch the Rock Island Speed Test application, click the button below. Rock Island TurboNet When you first connect to the TurboNet system you will be prompted to enter your Username and Password. You must use your full Rock Island email address as the username to properly connect. For example: jondoe@rockisland.com, for the password field use your dial-up password.
