Rock Island is in the process of making significant upgrades to it's email system. As a result of these upgrades two changes will be necessary for your email program. Many customers already have these necessary changes in place. We want to be sure all customers are set up properly prior to the March 11th email migration process. Please Note: If you ONLY use our Web Mail system to send and receive email, you only need to remember the following: Use your FULL email address to login to the web mail system. The login page will have a reminder just in case you forget.
