Welcome to Rock Island's Online Signup System

With on-line sign up you simply read and agree to our Internet Service Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, fill out a form, wait for confirmation, and then configure your computer. Please note that all terms and conditions in the ISA and AUP still apply to online sign-ups, even though you have not actually signed the forms with your signature.

After we have verified your account information, and provided setup instructions (if necessary) to configure your computer for our service, you will be ready to send and receive email, surf the web and anything else the Internet has to offer!

Please Note: Your account will not automatically be setup nor will it be immediatly ready for use, you must wait for a confirmation from our billing department that your account has been setup. Our billing dept hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm PST.

Rock Island Internet makes no warranties, either express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness of any provided services for any particular purpose. Rock Island Technology Solutions is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages suffered by Customer from, including but not limited to, loss of data, delays, mis- or non-deliveries, or service interruptions for any reason.

These services may be used only for lawful purposes. Materials and/or transmission in violation of any local, state or federal regulation(s) is prohibited. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rock Island Technology Solutions, its directors, officers, employees, successors and assigns from any and all claims resulting from Customer's use of this service which damages Customer and/or any third party.

Rock Island Internet is expressly not responsible nor liable for the content of any transmission across its network. Customer warrants that the services provided herein will not be used for any unlawful purposes. Rock Island Internet will cooperate and comply with any court directed actions.

Any unauthorized attempt to access or modify computer system information or to interfere with normal system operations, whether that of Rock Island Internet or of any computer system or network that is accessed by our services, is a violation.

The use of our service in a way that adds unwarranted or undesired costs to others, or that interferes with others' use and enjoyment of the services provided by Rock Island Technology Solutions, or that damages the name or reputation of Rock Island Technology Solutions, is unacceptable.

This agreement shall be constructed under and enforced in accordance with, and the validity and performance hereof shall be governed by, the laws of the State of Washington. Payment Terms: Net 15 Pre-payment of activation fee and first billing period is due when the account is activated. Bills are sent on the customer's anniversary bill day for the period to come. The payment is due within 15 days. If we have not received payment during the 15 day period, the payment is then considered late and a late notice will be issued.

Customer is responsible for all charges on account whether or not the account is used.
