Rock Island Technology Solutions is a customer driven company and firmly believes the best Internet Service Provider is one that is a member of the community. We want to reward our customers for their loyalty by offering a special incentive to show our appreciation.

Benefit from our Customer Referral Program when you refer a new customer and that customer provides your 4 digit account number when they sign up for Internet service.

After the referred customer has maintained their account, in good standing, for three months, the referring customer will earn a $5.00 credit on their Internet service. There is no limit to the number of customers you can refer.

Our customer's word-of-mouth advertising has always been our best advertising. We appreciate your loyalty and want to reward you for something you are already doing.

Referral Rewards Program Details

Referred customers must provide your 4 digit account number at the time they sign up for their account.

You can find your 4 digit account number by clicking the "Your Account" button on the left and logging into our online account manager. Once you have logged in your account number is next to the "Customer ID" text.

Your 4 digit account number is also on your invoices and statements, you may also call our customer service group and ask what your account number is.

Referring customers must have an active account, in good standing, to receive referral rewards.

Referral Rewards will be posted to Internet services only; they may not be applied to service and repair work, retail sales, on-line courses, or paid out in cash.

Referral Rewards will be posted to the referring customers account after the referred customer has paid for three months of service and has no past-due invoices.

If the referred customer cancels in less than 3 months, the reward is forfeited.

Customers that have had their accounts closed due to lack of payment or violations of our service policies are not eligible.

So spread the word! Remember the more people you refer, the more referral rewards you will collect!
